What we do

When a customer calls and your team is out on a job, the call should not go to voicemail and die there. Valley Desk answers the call, takes the details, books the visit, and texts the customer back so the job is not lost. Service in English and Spanish.

How a pilot works

1. A free 14 day pilot on missed calls and busy overflow only. Your regular answering stays as it is.
2. We measure what was recovered: calls answered, visits booked, and messages sent.
3. After the pilot, 299 dollars per month per location, month to month, cancel anytime. No card is taken during the free pilot.
